Shipping & Returns
All of our products are made and shipped from our design studio based in Berlin, Germany.
We handle all inquiries case-by-case basis to offer a personal and tailored service — our ultimate goal is to make our customers happy. We are a small business that makes handmade goods inspected to guarantee a 100% customer satisfaction rate. We treat each request fairly, respectfully, and reasonably with the trust that our customers will do the same.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As a small business, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have any product issues, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can find a solution. We are always here for you and happy to help!
We check the quality before each shipment to ensure the products are defect-free. However, if it doesn't match expectations and you have received a defective product, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and pictures of the defective product so we can find a solution.
All stated delivery times are estimates and don't include weekends and holidays. After the package is passed onto the shipment provider, we have no control over the delivery times.
We are not responsible for the following:
- Mistakes made by Deutsche Post or DHL
- Mistakes in the delivery addresses provided by the customers
- Damage to orders by the shipment provider
- Stolen packages

ORDERS WITHIN GERMANY
Shipping is free for orders within Germany. We use Deutsche Post to ship your order through standard mail (unless otherwise shown in your shipping method). Deliveries within Germany are free of charge. Shipping should take up to 4 business days (excluding bank holidays and weekends).
ORDERS WITHIN THE EU
We use DHL to ship your order within the EU countries using standard mail (unless otherwise shown in your shipping method). The shipping cost for deliveries within the EU is around 6-10 EUR (specified at checkout). Please allow 7-9 business days to receive your package (excluding bank holidays and weekends).
We use DHL to ship your order outside the EU using standard mail (unless otherwise shown in your shipping method). International shipping costs around 16 - 20 EUR depending on the country (specified at checkout) and should usually take 10-15 business days (excluding bank holidays and weekends).
Please note that customs duties, fees, or taxes apply on international orders, and costs depend on the destination country. Customs fees are to be paid by the recipient.
ORDER PROCESSING & CONFIRMATION
The processing time for the orders is 2-3 business days. You will first receive an order confirmation email. After the order is ready for shipment, we will send you a shipping confirmation. Both express and shipment tracking options are available to choose from upon checkout.
